Darshana Naik


Darshana is very passionate about analyzing human movement and optimizing daily functions to improve quality of life. She takes a special  interest in helping people return to what matters most ranging from competitive crossfitters to a busy pregnant mama chasing her toddler. As a part of your team she  advocates for your well being with her holistic approach with helping you learn about your own body and enabling you with tools to reach your full potential.She does extensive community outreach to facilitate preventative care and increase awareness.  


Darshana’s fascination with the miracle of birth and her calling to help women across the lifespan has led her to follow a path of clinical excellence in Women’s health physical Therapy. She has pursued extensive training within the specialty of Women’s Health Physical therapy particularly pelvic health for birth and beyond. Darshana has developed strong ties with her local birth community by collaborating with professional care teams and it is her vision to make physical therapy the “new normal” for helping women heal after birth.


In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her family and friends and dancing with her performing arts group.

Darshana is a Board certified Clinical specialist in Women’s Health  as well as Orthopedic Physical therapy.Her areas of clinical expertise including: complex lumbo pelvic pain, pregnancy related low back /hip/pelvic pain, preparing for labor and delivery, Urinary  or fecal leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis rectus abdominis, cesarean scar, painful sex, endometriosis, tailbone pain.
