"Dzuka gave me lots of exercises that helped me strengthen certain parts of my body to prevent me from overusing my back in the future. He pushed me hard by giving me exercises that I was capable of doing but were still physically challenging. If an exercise was too much, he knew when to take a step back and go down a level in difficulty. "I came in for a bike fitting due to some shoulder pain. Before I even got on the bike Dzuka did a full examination and gave me some great insight into my standing and sitting posture and areas that I could strengthen that might be contributing to the shoulder pain. He then did a very comprehensive bike fit and I left feeling great. Dzuka really took his time to understand the source of my pain and really took his time with the evaluation. Plus I was able to schedule an early morning appointment, which fits well with a 9-5 work day. Highly recommend this practice!"-Sarah J.
